The TBSE Class 10th, 12th Board Exams 2021 were scheduled to be commenced from May 19 and 18, 2021, respectively. The students were earlier demanding for the cancellation of board examinations. Previously, the state education department postponed class X, and XII preboard examinations of government, semi-government, private and madrasas.
The Tripura State education minister Ratan Lal Nath announce to cancel the exams in view of the COVID-19 pandemic havoc across the state. All the students and peers are advised to keep an eye on the official website of the Tripura Board of Secondary Education for the latest updates.
This year, the major boards like CBSE and CISCE has also cancelled the board examinations. CBSE has prepared the critera of passing the students on the basis of their marks in ratio of 30:30:40 scored in classes 10, 11 and 12 final exams, respectively. The evaluation of a student will be based on their scores as in 30% from 10th, 30% from Class 11 and 40% from Class 12.
