The final result for the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019 has been announced today, August 04, 2020, by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Candidates can check the result by visiting the official website of the UPSC at upsc.gov.in. 

Pradeep Singh has secured the All India 1st Rank in the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019.  Followed by Jatin Kishore who secured All India 2nd Rank and Pratibha Verma who secured All India 3rd Rank.
In the UPSC Civil Services 2019 final result, 9 girls have secured ranks among top 20 toppers of the civil services exam. A total of 829 candidates have successfully qualified for the final appointment. While the candidature of 66 recommended candidates is provisional. The result of 11 candidates has been kept withheld.

The shortlisted candidates will be appointed to the following post under the UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019;

(i) Indian Administrative Service;
(ii) Indian Foreign Service;
(iii) Indian Police Service; and
(iv) Central Services, Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’

Step 3: A pdf will be displayed on the screen
Step 4: Check your roll no. in the pdf and keep a hard copy of the same for further need.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has to fill up a total of 927 vacant posts through UPSC Civil Services Exam 2019. Around 180 vacancies are available for I.A.S cadre, 24 for I.F.S cadre, 150 for I.P.S cadre, 438 vacancies for Central Services Group ‘A’ and 135 vacancies for Group ‘B’ services.
