Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) Gorakhpur has announced the written exam results of Group-D (2013-14) on Wednesday.
Issuing a notification on its official website RRB said that for 1,442 posts more than five lakh students had applied.
"A total of 97,216 students appeared in the written examination conducted by RRB Gorakhpur, the notification said."
On the basis of written exam results, Board has issued a list of 2914 provisionally selected candidates.
Those selected candidates will have to go through Physical Test from February 13 at Eastern Railway Stadium situated at Lahartara Road in Varanasi.
