According to the latest media reports, the Madhya Pradesh State Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar said that in the last session i.e. 2019-20, students of the MP Board had faced various problems in getting admissions in other states. Due to which the Board authorities have decided to evaluate the marks of class 10th students in line with the CBSE evaluation criteria.
This year, around 18 lakh 50 thousand students have registered for the 10th and 12th exams of the Madhya Pradesh Board. This year, MP Board scheduled to conduct the MPBSE Class 10 exam from April 30 to May 19, and the MPBSE Class 12th Exam was scheduled to be held from May 1 to 21, 2021.
CBSE Objective Criteria
Amid a sudden rise in COVID cases across the country, CBSE Board announced to cancel the Class 10th Exams, this year. However, the Board authorities announced to promote the students in the next grade only on the basis of objective criterion decided by the board.
As per the CBSE objective criteria, the marks of the students will be evaluated by combining the practical examination performance and internal assessment.
