HPBOSE 12th Result 2019 Declared: Topper List Released, Check the Names of Toppers Here

HPBOSE Result 2019 Declared: Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has declared the result of class XII on April 22. School Education Board had created 1980 examination centres for conducting the annual examination of regular students across the state.

This year, Ashmita Sharma topped the Arts stream with 96.4% marks; Preity Birsana topped the Commerce stream with 98.8% and Anil Kumar topped the science stream with 98.6%.

A total of 49136 male candidates appeared for the examination, out of which 28,375 passed. This year, the number of girls was 45,784 with, out of which 30,574 passed.

The number of students passing the exam has again declined. It has been falling down from the year 2016. There has been a massive decline of about 7% since last year. The pass percentage of the previous year was 69.67%. In 2017, the same was 72.89% and 78.93% in 2016.

Last year, the Board declared the results of class 12th on April 24 last year, while the result of 10th on May 3 was released in 2018.
