The applications for the recruitment of 219 Excise Constable has been invited by the Odisha Sub-ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC).
The candidates who wish to grab the post can directly apply online on the official website of the OSSSC.
The registration process will continue till November 12, 2018. The interested candidates can apply for the Odisha Excise Constable post till the same.
Selection Procedure
The candidates who will be selected for the post will be based on a written exam clearing which the candidate will be appearing for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Eligibility Criteria
The candidate who wish to apply for the post must fall in the age group of 21 to 32 years.
For the female candidates and candidates who belong to the Scheduled caste, Scheduled Tribes, SEBC category, the upper age limit relaxation of 5 years will be provided.
Exam Details
The examination will be of total 100 marks.
It will be divided in to various Stages:
Stage I: The stage will consist of Physical Standard Measurement which will of 3 marks.
Stage II: This stage will consist of Physical Efficiency Test and will carry 30 marks.
Stage III: This stage will consist of Educational Achievement and will carry 7 marks.
Stage IV: this stage will consist of Written Test and will carry 60 marks.
