Eligibility Criteria: The conditions of eligibility of a candidate shall be determined with reference to the relevant recruitment rules notified vide SRO - 359 dated 01.12.1988 and SRO -119 dated: 06.03.1987 respectively and shall further be subject to the fulfilment of the following parameters:
a) that the candidate is a permanent resident of J&K State; and
b) he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Sciences and Animal Husbandry from a recognized University or institute.
Note: A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of reservation under a particular reserved category indicated by him in his/her application form. If a candidate indicates in his/her application form that he/she belongs to General category but subsequently writes to the Commission to change his/her category to a reserved one, such request shall not be entertained by the Commission. The similar principle will be followed for physically challenged categories also.
Age limit: 18- 40 years (as on January 1, 2018)
