Healthy communication in classroom is very important to get through all those worries which mainly bother every student as how to achieve marks, how to get along with your teachers and classmates and how to improve in studies.

All these can be achieved through a healthy conversation or successful communication skills.

Now, what is exactly communication skill, the ability to convey or share ideas and feelings effectively to the other people or group of people is defined as communication skill.

The communication skills are important no matter where you are.

However, the verbal communication can define your thoughts to the other person by stating your facts verbally.

Here are few effective points which can help you to communicate at your workplace.

1. Listening: in an order to answer correctly one should observe and listen to the other person’s point view. It surely helps to be a great speaker, but a good listener is important for a proper conversation.

2. Empathy: it always better to think from the other person’s side, it’s important to know the other person’s thought process, there opinion no matter you agree on the point they mention. Show empathic behaviour.

3. Patience: one should wait for their turn while putting out some words. Its not necessary to agree on the point which the other person shows. But it is always good to wait for your chance to speak. Also, speaking out of frustration or frustration through body language can lead to an unsuccessful result.

4. Clarity: speak your mind out, but clearly and carefully. Remember your one bad word can offend the other person. Clarity in speech is very important.
