The registration window for the CSIR UGC NET exam 2022 has now been started by the National Testing Agency, NTA. The agency will allow candidates to register for the exam till 2nd January 2022 by 11.50 pm. The candidates who wish to register for the examination can now apply from the official website- csirnet.nta.nic.in. As per the official notice, the last date to pay the application fee is 3rd January 2022.
The candidates should note that the NTA will conduct the examination on 29th January and 5th, 6th February 2022 in computer-based test mode. The examination will be held in two different sessions- the first session will commence from 9 am to 12 pm and the second session will be from 3 pm to 6 pm. The candidates will get 3 hours or 180 minutes to solve the objective type multiple-choice questions.
CSIR UGC NET 2022: Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be an Indian citizen and the upper age limit for the post of JRF is 28 years.

The candidates with bachelor's degrees in any discipline are eligible for the fellowship solely after getting enlisted/enrolled for a PhD or Integrated PhD program within the time of two years.

Those candidates who are enrolled for M.Sc. or have completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying exam are also eligible to apply under the category 'Result Awaited (RA)'.
