Bihar School Examination Board, BSEB has announced to postpone the Bihar Board 10th, 12th Compartment Exam 2021 amid surge in COVID-19 cases across the state. Along with the compartmental exams, the BSEB has also postponed the Bihar DElEd 2021 examination. The exams were scheduled to be held between April and May month.
As per the latest media reports, the announcement was made by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar during a press conference on Sunday. He has also announced to shut down all the educational institutions in the state till May 15, 2021. The revised exam dates for these Bihar Board 10th, 12th Compartment Exam and DElEd Exam will be announced by the authorities when the situation will turn conducive.
Previously, the BSEB 12th Compartmental Exams were scheduled from April 29 to May 10, 2021. While Bihar Board Class 10th compartment exams and D.El.Ed Exams 2021 were scheduled to begin from May 5, 2021, and April 26, 2021, respectively. The government has ordered all schools, institutions and universities not to conduct any examination during this period of time.
Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) conducts compartment exam for students who failed to qualify in one or two subjects or scored low in board examinations. All the candidates and peers are advised to keep an eye on the official website of BSEB for the latest updates.
