Putting the speculation on end, the Chief Minister of Odisha State Government, Naveen Patnaik has announced the final decisions on Board exams today, June 04, 2021. The chief minister has announced to scrapped the CHSE Odisha 12th Board Exams in the offline mode for this year.
The CM Naveen Patnaik has also announced that the board authorities will soon release the evaluation criteria for Odisha Class 12th Board Results 2021. Also, the Council of Higher Secondary Education, CHSE Odisha will issue an official notification for the same on its official website at chseodisha.nic.in.
Amid the COVID 19 pandemic havoc across the country, the major boards CBSE, CISCE and many state boards have cancelled the board examinations this year. Previously the class 10th board examination was cancelled by the BSE Odisha this year. The Board authorities announced to evaluate the marks of those students on the basis of the performance of students in class 9, class 10 as well as the performance of the school in the past four years.
Moreover this, all categories of candidates will have the option to appear offline examination when the pandemic situation improves if they will not be satisfied with outcome of the results. The students and parents are advised to regularly visit the official website for more related updates.
The Prime Minister announced to cancel the CBSE Class 12th Board Exams, this year. The Prime Minister announced the final decision in a high level meeting that held in the interest of students. Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated in his announcement that the health and safety of our students is the utmost priority and there would be no compromise with this. Following this, the 12th board examinations was cancelled by many states, including Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Rajasthan.
