Birla Institute of Technology and Science, BITS Pilani has announced the exam date for the BITSAT 2020. As per the official notice, the authorities have announced to conduct the entrance examination on September 16 to 18 & 21 to 23, 2020. Earlier the exam was scheduled to be held between August 6 to 10. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, the authorities announced to postpone the exam until the situation turns favourable. The new exam schedule is available on the official website of the BITS Pilani at bitsadmission.com.
The registration process for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test (BITSAT) 2020 was commenced from January 11 to May 11, 2020. The application form correction facility including change in exam city preference to all the registered candidates was held from May 15 to 20 and June 23 to 24.

BITSAT 2020 Exam Pattern:
- The examination will be conducted for three hours.
- It will consist of four parts.
- The questions for this exam would be objective type
- There will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer
- Each correct answer gives three marks.
Part I - Physics. This part will carry a total of 40 marks.
Part II - Chemistry. This part will carry a total of 40 marks.
Part III - (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning, which will carry a total of 25 marks.
Part IV - Mathematics or Biology, which will carry a total of 45 marks.
BITSAT 2020 Courses:
Integrated First Degree Programmes: B.E., B.Pharm., M.Sc. degrees.
Higher Degree Programmes: M.E./ M.Pharm./MBA
PhD admission for 2nd semester, 2019-20: Doctoral programmes.
The BITSAT entrance exam will be conducted for the admissions to various integrated first-degree programmes of engineering in the BITS, Pilani, at Pilani Campus, Goa Campus, and Hyderabad Campus.
