The application process for the same concluded on May 11, 2020. The application process was extended multiple times due to COVID-19 lockdown.
BITSAT 2020 Exam Pattern:
- The examination will be conducted for three hours.
- It will consist of four parts.
- The questions for this exam would be objective type
- There will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer
- Each correct answer gives three marks.
Part I - Physics. This part will carry a total of 40 marks.
Part II - Chemistry. This part will carry a total of 40 marks.
Part III - (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning, which will carry a total of 25 marks.
Part IV - Mathematics or Biology, which will carry a total of 45 marks.
BITSAT 2020 Courses:
Integrated First Degree Programmes: B.E., B.Pharm., M.Sc. degrees.
Higher Degree Programmes: M.E./ M.Pharm./MBA
PhD admission for 2nd semester, 2019-20: Doctoral programmes.
The BITSAT entrance exam will be conducted for the admissions to various integrated first-degree programmes of engineering in the BITS, Pilani, at Pilani Campus, Goa Campus, and Hyderabad Campus.

- The exam date for the BITSAT 2020 has been released by the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS).
- The revised BITSAT 2020 exam dates are available on the official website i.e. bitsadmission.com.
- According to the new dates the examination has been scheduled to be conducted from August 6 to August 10, 2020.
- Earlier the examination was scheduled to be conducted from May 16 to May 25, 2020, which was postponed due to nationwide lockdown.
