Under this initiative, candidates will have the chance to gain experience in the leading 500 companies in India that provide internships as a component of their corporate social responsibility (CSR) expenditures.
The online platform is expected to shortlist twice the number of candidates for each internship opportunity, taking into account their profiles, preferences, and eligibility criteria. Subsequently, companies will choose candidates from this pool and extend offer letters. Interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs 5,000 along with a one-time financial support of Rs 6,000.
To qualify for the internship, applicants must adhere to the following requirements:

A. Applicants must be permanent residents of India, aged between 21 and 24, targeting recent graduates at the onset of their careers.
B. Applicants must be classified as youth.
C. It is essential that they are unemployed and not engaged in full-time work.
Required documents for application include an Aadhaar card, email ID, mobile number, proof of address, PAN card, and ration card.
The initiative aims to create one crore internships over the next five years, with a focus on ensuring that at least 50 percent of the training consists of practical experience.
The objective is to allow interns to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world business settings, thereby acquiring valuable hands-on experience crucial for their career advancement.
Exclusions include:
A. Graduates from prestigious institutions, such as IIT or IIM.
B. Individuals aged 25 and older.
C. Those currently engaged in full-time employment.
