On the occasion on 69th Republic Day, Jamia Millia Islamia will be organising a Republic Day function which will commence at 09.30 a.m. on January 26, 2018 in the School Campus, Jamia Millia Islamia.
Talat Ahmad, Vice Chancellor, Jamia Millia Islamia shall be the Chief Guest on the occasion and will receive a Guard of Honour from NCC Cadets.
Hoisting of the National Tricolour by the Vice Chancellor and singing of the National Anthem will follow. Other highlights of the function will include singing of patriotic songs and cultural events by school students.
Talat Ahmad will also address the gathering which will be attended by students, faculty and staff of the university.
