Applications are invited for the appointment to one post of registrar (Law) in Pay Matrix 15 (pre-revised pay band in the HAG Scale of Rs 67000-79000) in the National Human Rights Commission on transfer on deputation/transfer failing which be short term contract or re-employment basis:
Eligibility:
By transfer on deputation/transfer
1. Indian legal service officers holding posts under the central government or
2. Officer holding analogous post under the central govt/supreme court/high court and possessing experience as registrar or higher judiciary or any other post involving interpretation/application/application of statues or
3. Officers drawing pay in Pay Matrix 14 (pre-revised scale in the pay band of Rs 37400-67000 +grade pay Rs 10000/-) with a regular service of three years in the grade in the central govt./ supreme court/high court and possessing experience as Registrar or higher judiciary or any other post involving interpretation application of statues
Qualification: Applicant must have a degree in Law
Desirable Qualification:
1. Postgraduate degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent
2. Research experience should be constitution law and its theory or human rights jurisdiction
By short-term contract/re-employment:
Person who have held an analogues post under the central government/supreme court/ high court and possessing experoince as registrar of a higher judiciary or of any post involving interpretation/ application of statues.
The period of short term contract/ re-employment shall not exceed three years
