Fillers
Fillers are short phrases and used when we fall short of words. During an interview, we hesitate in the middle of a conversation and search for words to keep going. At that time, the candidate should use fillers to maintain the flow of communication.
A few examples of filler words as follows:
Well, You see, By the way, No way, Certainly/ Surely, Exactly, Basically, To be honest -- These words will avoid that awkward silence when you are falling short of words.
What is a filler word?
A filler word is any meaningless sound, word, or phrase used during the speech to fill the silence. It is also called pause filler or hesitation form. Fillers are parts of speech which are not generally recognized as purposeful or containing formal meaning.
Analysis
Try to understand why you fear to speak in English or what causes you to fear. Identify the reason and improve.
You can start by listing all your fears to speak English on your notepad and then strike them off once you have overcome them.
Confidence
Sometimes, fear of speaking in English is the result of extreme low belief in oneself and low confidence. Eliminate your negative thought and always be positive.
Preparation
The nervousness about an interview lessens considerably by practising probable interview questions by oneself or asking someone else to help. Also, the interview attire should be decided beforehand.
Jot down questions asked by the interviewer
Once the interview is over, the candidate should sit down and write all the questions that were asked or as many as he can remember and then try to evaluate his answers to those questions.
Resume
The right credentials and a good resume are the tools which can land someone an interview in his dream company. It is a medium for advertising yourself, it's the first means in which you use to present yourself as a job applicant and try to claim that you are the best choice candidate to a prospective employer.

Research
Before appearing for the interview, do research about the company and the position for which you have applied.
Types of Interviews
Structured Interview - a quantitative research method commonly employed in survey research
Unstructured Interview - an interview in which questions are not prearranged
Stress Interview - the purpose of this type of interview is to find out how a candidate handles stress
Behavioural Interview - based on discovering how the interviewee acted in specific employment-related situations
Problem Solving or Case Interview - a job interview in which the applicant is presented with a challenging business scenario that he/she must investigate
Panel Interview - where a candidate is interviewed by a group of interviewers
