Learners driving licence
According to a proposal by Delhi government, students may get a learner’s driving licence at their colleges.
The proposal suggests that the college prinicipals and university registrars will be authorised to issue the licence.
According to the data among youths, mostly students apply for the learner’s licence every year.
Polytechnics and colleges under Delhi government will mark the beginning of the proposal.
Online test will be the requirements and the applicants also have to answer six out of 10 objective-type questions to get a learner’s licence.
The modalities of the proposal will be discussed with Manish Sisodia, Deputy CM.
