Class X and XII students of Delhi government schools will now be provided one-on-one career counselling sessions.
Manish Sisodia, Delhi deputy chief minister has announced the students will be counseled by experts to resolve their career and personal issues.
The career counsellor will resolve the career related problems and personal problems.
So far there has been no provision of providing any counselling to them for making informed career choices and deal with any emotional problems at personal level.
Delhi government has tied up with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and counsellors have been appointed to provide counselling to the students.
The training of these counsellors has begun.
