After the registration process is completed, the registered candidates will have to provide their preferred colleges in which they seek to enroll. According to the NEET-UG AIQ Counselling changes, the All India Quota counselling process will unfold in four rounds- First round, second round, mop-up round and stray vacancy round.

NEET UG 2021 Counselling: Steps to register
- Log on to the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in.
- Select the 'UG Counselling' tab.
- Click on the link that reads 'New Registration'.
- Fill in the required details such as your name, father's name, mother's name, email ID, category, mobile number and other details.
- Post this, the user ID and password will be sent to your registered email ID.
- Log in to your ID and complete the NEET Counselling Registration process.
- Pay the fees of NEET 2021 Counselling in the online mode.
- Obtain a hard copy of the confirmation page and the transaction fee receipt.
After MCC wraps up the first round of counselling registration, the NEET 2021 Counselling choice filling and locking process will begin. During the course of the choice filling process, the candidates must provide their preferred colleges and courses in which they are seeking admission.
Thereafter, on the basis of choices filled, seats available, NEET rank, reservation criteria and other parameters, seats shall be allotted to the candidates. The Round-1 results of the NEET Counselling process will be announced on January 29.
