It should be noted that no candidate will be allowed to appear for the UPSC IAS, IFS Main Exam 2021 if he/ she has not filled DAF-I form. The candidates who have qualified the UPSC Civil Services (Preliminary) Exam 2021 are eligible to fill Detailed Application Form (DAF) - I from the official website at upsc.gov.in. the registration process was commenced on November 22 for 10 days. This year, the candidates can also change their exam city for Civil Services main exam.
The UPSC has conducted the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 on October 10. A total of 9,214 students have qualified for the UPSC IAS, IFS Main Exam 2021. Candidates are suggested to read the instructions carefully before filling in the online Detailed Application Form. The candidate should also scan and upload the relevant documents as mentioned in the official notification.
Important Note: Candidates must have to carry the same Photo ID Proof submitted by them while applying for Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2021 to the Examination Venues for Civil Services (Main) Examination along with the e-Admit Card in support of their identity.

The main examination will consist of two types of papers qualifying and merit-ranking. These two sections will be Paper A and Paper B namely the Language paper and English paper, which will be qualifying in nature. Candidates should have to score a minimum of 25% of marks to qualify for the interview round.
