Post: Principal, Industrial training institutes/ Assistant Director of Training
No. Of Vacancy: 9
Pay Scale: Rs 56,100-1,77,500/-
Post: Assistant Engineer (Industries)
No. Of Vacancy: 32
Pay Scale: Rs. 37,700 – 1,19,500/-
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) A Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology of any recognised University or Institution under the purview of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and
(ii) Practical experience in a workshop or factory for a period of not less than three years
Age limit: For Principal: 24 – 30 years
For Assistant Engineer: 18 – 35 years
Age Concession:
(i) For Differently-abled Persons: Differently-abled Persons are eligible for age concession up to 10 years over and above the maximum age limit prescribed. (Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016)
(ii) For Ex-servicemen: a) The maximum age limit for ex-servicemen is 48 years. (Section 63 of the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016)
b) the above-mentioned age concession will not apply to the ex-servicemen applicants who have already been recruited to any class or service or category.

Application Fee: Pay the Examination Fee and Registration Fee through Net Banking / Credit card / Debit card or it can be paid offline at the State Bank of India / Indian Bank within two days from the date of submission of online application by choosing the option in the online application.
Registration Fee: Rs150
Examination Fee: Rs200 (150 for the assistant engineer)
It is mandatory for applicants to register their basic particulars through one - time online registration system on payment of Rs. 150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) towards registration fee and then they should apply online for this recruitment.
[The one-time registration will be valid for five years from the date of registration. Thereafter, the registration should be renewed by paying the prescribed fee. One Time Registration will not be considered as an application for any post.]
