The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for submission of Online Re-registration form for all programmes for January 2019 session till December 31, 2018.
The online RR Link can be accessed at: onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in/onlinerr/
Re-registration means registering for next year/semester of a Programme.
So it is applicable only to students enrolled in undergraduate/postgraduate programmes of two-three year duration.
You can register again for the next year/semester of your Programme irrespective of whether you have submitted the assignments or appeared in the term-end examination of the previous semester.

Term End Exam
The Term End Examination for December 2018 of Indira Gandhi National Open University is going to commence from December 1, 2018 that is today, and will conclude on December 31, 2018.
The University has established 861 examination centres including 17 overseas centres and 105 centres in Jail for jail inmates.
Hall Ticket (Examination Intimation Slips) have been issued to 5,94,596 eligible students who had applied for appearing in the Term End Examination. The hall ticket is available on IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in. The students may download the Hall Tickets from the University website and appear in the examination.
The Examination Centres have been instructed to allow students to appear in the examination, even if they do not possess the Hall Ticket (Examination Intimation Slips), but their names exist in the list of examinees for that centre.
