West Bengal Board of Secondary Education, WBBSE is all set to declare the result of West Bengal Class 10 Board Exams 2021. As per the latest media reports, the WBBSE will announce the West Bengal Madhyamik Result 2021 on July 20 at 10 am. The announcement has been made through a notification issued by the Kalyanmoy Ganguly, the President of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.

Once declared, the Madhyamik Results 2021 would be available for download from the official website of the WBBSE at wbresults.nic.in. Students can access their results by entering the details like; roll number and date of birth. The students can also follow the simple steps provided below to check their result online.

WBBSE Madhyamik Class 10th Result 2021: How to Check?
  1. Visit the official website of WBBSE at wbbse.org or wbresults.nic.in.
  2. Click on the link that reads, ‘Madhyamik Class 10th Results 2021’
  3. You will be redirected to a new page
  4. Enter the required details and click on the submit button
  5. The WBBSE class 10 result will be displayed on the screen
  6. Check the result pdf and take a print for further use.
In light of the COVID-19 crisis and nationwide lockdown, the WBBSE Madhyamik and Uchhamadhyamik examinations were cancelled for the year 2021. CM Mamata Banerjee stated in a tweet that the children's future is our greatest priority. The state government formed an expert committee to decide over holding the Class 10th & 12th board exams in 2021. Also the government invited views & opinion from parents, general public, sector experts, civil society & students.

Later, tthe State Government constituted a committee to prepare a reasonable evaluation criteria for class 10 and 12 students. As per the assessment scheme, the WB Board Class 10 results will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in class 9 and class 10 internal exams. While preparing the WB Board Class 12 results, the schools will consider marks obtained by the students in class 10, 11 and internal exams of class 12.
