The result for the HBSE Haryana Board 10 2020 is not releasing today i.e. June 8, 2020, by the Board of School Education Haryana (BSEH/ HBSE).
The Board was all set to declare the result today. However, the board decided to postpone releasing the results till July and to release the results only after Science paper is conducted, yesterday night.
As per the latest media reports, the Board's chairman, Jagbir Singh has confirmed to the media that the plan to release the results now stands cancelled.
According to the official statement, only the students who wish to take up the science stream (PCM or PCB) need to appear for the Science examination. Other students, who wish to improve their score, may appear for the examination as well in July.
This year, around 3.7 lakh students appeared for the board examinations which were conducted from March 4, 2020, to March 27, 2020. However, due to COVID-19 outbreak, exams after March 19 were deferred. The Haryana Chief Minister announced the decision to cancel the remaining board exams for class 10 students and to grade students on the basis of the 4 papers they had appeared in till March 19, 2020.
