The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education, Prayagraj has proposed a total of 117 exam centres for the upcoming UP Board Exam 2022 of 10th and 12th class. The list of exam centres has now been issued on the website of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad, UPMSP. The candidates who are going to appear for the board exam can now find more details from the official website- upmsp.edu.in. 

Out of a total 117 proposed exam centres list, a total of 5 government schools, 57 unaided schools, 53 non-government aided schools, and 2 ashrams are included. The District Inspector Officer of School has also pasted the exam centres list along with the student allotment at the notice board of the office. The official notification reads, “For the purpose of determining the examination centres for the year 2022, the district school inspectors will verify the basic information of the schools.

According to the media reports, this year, a total of 51,74,583 candidates have registered for the board exam (Class 10 and 12) out of which 23,91841 students will appear for the UP Board Class 12 Exam 2022 and 27,83,742 students will sit for class 10 board exam. 

UP Board Exam 2022 Likely After 10th March

The Election Commission on 8th January 2022 announced the schedule for the upcoming UP assembly elections. According to the schedule, the state will go to poll from 10th February to 7th March 2022. The counting of votes will take place on 10th March 2022. The Deputy Chief Minister of UP, Dinesh Sharma had earlier said that the board exam will be conducted after the completion of state assembly elections. So it’s now expected that the board exam for classes 10 and 12 will be conducted after 10th March. UPMSP will release the datesheet soon on the official website. The students are advised to regularly visit UPMSPs portal for frequent updates.
