The GATE 2020 application form with late fees is to conclude this week, i.e., October 05, 2019, by the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
The candidates who have not yet applied for GATE February 2020 examination are advised to visit the official website, gate.iitd.ac.in and apply now.

The GATE 2020 application process began on September 03, 2019 and concluded on September 28, 2019, without late fees. While the applications process with late fees had been commenced from September 29 and will conclude on October 05, 2019.

According to the official notice available on the GATE 2020 website, "Extended Closing Date for Submission of (Online) Application (through Website) with the increased fee is Saturday, 5th October 2019."

Candidates preparing for the GATE 2020 examination for admission to Indian Institute of Science and seven Indian Institutes of Technologies at Roorkee, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Chennai (Madras) and Mumbai (Bombay) should go through the following exam pattern and syllabus to crack the exam.

GATE 2020: Syllabus

General  Aptitude, GA (common to all papers)
Verbal Ability: English grammar, sentence completion, verbal analogies, word groups, instructions, critical reasoning and verbal deduction.
Numerical Ability: Numerical computation, numerical estimation, numerical reasoning and data interpretation.

GATE 2020: Exam Pattern

The GATE examination will now be conducted on 25 subjects including Biomedical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Architecture and Planning, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering among other subjects.

GATE 2020 will be conducted on 24 subjects including Aerospace Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Architecture and Planning, Biotechnology, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mathematics and Mechanical Engineering among other subjects. A candidate is allowed to appear in only one paper in any one session.
