Good news is for the youth around the country preparing to become a teacher.
After the education of XII or equivalent, now the JBT and subsequently beheading the BJD have been terminated by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
The Council has launched a new course under the name of Integrated Teacher Education Program that is ITEP.
ITEP is a four-year course.
It can be completed in every situation during the six-year period of admission.
For the new course, the NCTE has sought applications for the session 2019-23. The notification has been issued by NCTE on November 20.
To pursue the course it is mandatory to have 12th pass or its equivalent educational qualification.
Must pass 12th with 50% marks.
According to the notification issued by the member secretary of the NCTE, candidates can apply for the course from December 3, 2018, to December 21, 2018.
The application has to be done online.

The Integrated Teacher Education Program is a four-year teaching course.
It will be a total of 8 semesters.
Including Field Best Experience, Teaching Practice and Internship.
If the student is not successful in any semester, he can pass it within 6 years of taking admission in the course.
