Andhra Pradesh Educational Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao on Saturday released the APSET 2018 Results. 

While 42663 candidates appeared for the examination, students can check their results online.

The simple steps to check APSET 2018 Results as follows:
Step 1: Visit apset.net.in
Step 2: Go to the APSET Result' option.
Step 3: Click on the view result option. 
Step 4: The entire list of results will be displayed on the screen.

Andhra Pradesh Educational Minister Ganta Srinivas Rao released the APSET 2018 Results.
The university has also uploaded subject-wise and category-wise cut-off marks. 
The examination is conducted in 6 regional centres namely, 1)Visakhapatnam 2)Rajamahendravaram
(Rajamundry) 3)Guntur 4)Nellore 5)Ananthapur and 6) Thirupati.

The examination is conducted in 31 subjects for which UGC has granted permission. The list of subjects is as follows:

The question paper - I which is common for all candidates appearing APSET will be bilingual
(English and Telugu). Paper – II for the following subjects a) Commerce b) Economics
c) Education d) History e) political Science f) Public administration g) Sociology and h) Social
work will be bilingual (English and Telugu). All the remaining papers are in English only.
The syllabus prescribed by UGC-CSIR and UGC-NET for paper-I and Paper-II without negative
marks be adopted for APSET. The Paper II & III are merged to become Paper-II


Paper-I shall be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. Paper-I shall consist of 50 objective type questions. Each question will carry 2 marks.
Paper-II shall consist of 100 objective type questions based on the subject selected by the candidate. Each question will carry 2 marks.
The candidate will have to mark the responses for questions of Paper – I and Paper - II on the Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Sheet provided along with the test booklet.

There is no negative marking.
