UPSC Recruitment 2018: The applications are invited by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for the post of Combined Defence Services (CDS – I) Examination, 2019 417 Vacancy.

The candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the Examination.
Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions.
Mere issue of Admission Certificate to the candidate will not imply that his candidature has been finally cleared by the Commission.
Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents will be taken up only after the candidate has qualified for interview/Personality Test.

Eligibility Criteria:
For IMA and officers’ Training Academy: A degree of a recognized university or equivalent
For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering from a recognized university/ institution.
For Air Force Academy: A degree of a recognized university (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
Age Limit:
For IMA and officers’ Training Academy: Born not earlier than January 2, 1996, and not later than 1st January 2001
For Indian Naval Academy: born not earlier than 2nd January 1996 and not later than 1st January 2000
For Air Force Academy: born not earlier than 2nd January 1995 and not later than 1st January 2001
Application Fee: Pay Examination fee through Debit/credit card or Net Banking or challan in any branch of SBI
For Gen/OBC: 200/-
For SC/ST/Female: No fee
