UPSC CBRT Administrative Officer Exam 2018
In a bid to recruit Administrative Officers, the Union Public Service Commission conducted the Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) on Sunday, September 23, 2018.
While the reporting time at the exam centre was 12.30 PM, the exam started at 2 PM and ended at 4 PM at different centres.
The exam was based on two sections.
Section A – Questions set in English only
Section B - Questions set in English and Hindi
However, there will be negative marking for wrong answers. Every wrong answer will carry deduction of one-third of the marks assigned to that question.
The test will carry a maximum of 300 marks.
UPSC has released the annual exam calendar 2019.
While the commission will conduct the Civil Services Prelims examination 2019 on June 2, the CS main exam will be held on September 20, 2019.

Step 1: Visit www.upsc.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on Annual Calendar 2019 option.
Step 3: A PDF file mentioning the respective exam dates will pop up on the computer screen.

The UPSC has introduced new provisions clarifying on the relaxation of upper age limit for candidates appearing for Civil Services Exam for Group 'A' & 'B' Posts.
The upper age limit shall be relaxed by the length of military service increased by three years in the case of ex-servicemen and Commissioned Officers including Emergency Commissioned Officers or Short Service Commissioned Officers.
