Maharashtra HSC, SSC Exam 2022: Class 10th, 12th Boards to be Held in Offline Mode, Tentative Guidelines Here

Maharashtra HSC, SSC Exam 2022: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) confirmed the conduct of Maharashtra Board Exams 2022 in offline mode in a Press Conference today, on February 3, 2022. MSBSHSE further announced that both the HSC as well as SSC board exams will advance in the offline mode from the very dates that were scheduled earlier. The Board issued clarification on the exam schedule in the press conference, by stating that the Maharashtra HSC, SSC Exams 2022 will commence from March 2022 itself. It added that the board exams for Class 10 will begin from March 15 to continue till April 4, 2022, while Class 12 exams will begin from March 4, 2022.

Maharashtra SSC, HSC Exams 2022: Tentative Guidelines for exam

The announcement for offline board exams has been made at a time when the students are constantly demanding for the exams to be held in online mode, fearing the threats posed by Covid-19 pandemic. Guidelines for offline board exams are listed herewith.

1. All candidates appearing in the examination are required to be vaccinated mandatorily.
2. More than 25 students will not be allowed inside one classroom to observe social distancing.
3. In case a student fails to appear in the exam in view of being infected with Covid-19, he/she shall be given another chance to appear in the exams later.

Detailed guidelines will be released later by the Maharashtra Board in this regard.
