DSSSB admit cards have been released and are available on the official website
The download links for the online computer based tests (CBT) admit card has been activated by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) on its official site.
The examination by DSSSB CBT will be conducted on 30 Sep, 13 Oct, 14 Oct, 28 Oct 2018, though the recruitment notification for this exam was released in the year 2017.
The admit card can now be downloaded from the official website of DSSSB by the candidates who applied through advertisements.
In the month of July 2018, the re-registration for around 4336 primary teachers was conducted online.
Not only the admit card but the draft answer key for the CBT held in September earlier has also been released by DSSSB. The candidates can go through it on the official website that appeared for the exam.
Eligibility Criteria for the exam
Age Criteria: the aspirants appearing for PRT Teacher post should have the maximum age limit of 30 years. The aspirants appearing for TGT Teacher post should have the maximum age of 32 years. The aspirants appearing for PGT Teacher post should have a maximum age of 36 years.
Educational Criteria:
PRT- minimum qualification required for the post of PRT is Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and two years diploma in elementary education and should clear the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).
TGT- minimum qualification required for the post of TGT is a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognised university in the concerned subject with at least 45%marks. The candidate should also make sure to clear the CTET exam.
PGT- Minimum qualification required for the post of PGT is a Master’s Degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks in concerned subjects and a Degree or Diploma in Training/ Education from a recognized university.
Vacancies: There is a total of 4366 number of vacancies which are divided into every category.
General: the candidates belonging to the general category have 1610 vacancies for them.
OBC: the candidates belonging to OBC category have 1286 seats vacant.
SC: the candidates belonging to the SC category have 714 seats vacant.
ST: the candidates belonging to ST category have 756 seats vacant.
Application Fees
Application fees for General category candidates are 100 and for candidates belonging to ST/SC/PWD/Women, there are no application fees.
