Job security

While the government employee gets a lifetime pension from the government till the rest of his life, the recession does not affect a government employee and he is not scared to lose his job. Downsizing, rightsizing, layoffs and the 'fats removal' have become a common phenomenon in the private sector.
Pay package
Government benefits almost always exceed private sector benefits packages.
According to media reports, the government is expected to make a declaration about a hike of up to Rs 8,000 in the minimum pay and up to 3.68 times in fitment factor for the Central Government employees soon.
Stress

UPSC Civil Services Examination
Union Public Service Commission or UPSC is India's central agency, which conducts various exams such as, Civil Services Exam, IFS, NDA, CDS, SCRA etc. Civil services examination is popularly known as the IAS exam and includes almost 24 services like IFS, IPS, IRS, IRPS and so on.
RBI Grade B Examination
The Reserve Bank of India or RBI Grade B examination is conducted for various posts including - Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - (General), Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - DEPR, Officers in Grade 'B' (DR) - DSIM.
SBI PO Examination

IBPS PO Examination

National Eligibility Test is conducted for shortlisting the candidates for school and college level assistant lectures and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).
The UGC NET exam consists of three papers. The examination is conducted in offline mode. UGC gives 2 marks for each correct answer you attempt. There is no negative marking scheme in UGC NET for any wrong answer.
Eligibility
i) Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks (without rounding off) in Master’s Degree OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC.
ii) Candidates who are pursuing their Master's degree or equivalent course or candidates who have appeared for their qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited or candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed may also apply for this test.
iii) The candidates who have passed the UGC/CSIR JRF examination prior to 1989 are also exempted from appearing in NET.
